Meet the Goats
At our sanctuary, each goat has a unique story and personality, and we're proud to introduce you to our beloved herd.
These incredible animals come from diverse backgrounds—some were rescued from neglect, others from farms or situations where they were no longer wanted. Every goat here is given a second chance at life, surrounded by love, safety, and care.
We invite you to get to know them and see how their vibrant personalities brighten our sanctuary every day.

Lyndsay – The Protective Matriarch
Lyndsay is a resilient Boer Goat with a beautiful mix of brown and white markings. Having endured mistreatment from a previous owner, she was initially wary of people, keeping her two kids, Levi and Tiny Tia, close by her side.
Over time, she has slowly come to trust her caretakers and will now even approach them for gentle attention. Lyndsay’s strength shines through as she protects and nurtures her family, including her adopted kid, Harley.
Tiny Tia – The Sweetheart of the Herd
Tiny Tia, Lyndsay’s daughter, is small but full of heart. Known for her gentle and affectionate personality, she’s often nestled close to her family. With her brown and white colouring and delicate frame, Tiny Tia is cherished by all at Goat Haven, where she enjoys the safety of her mother’s presence and the warmth of her new home. Duncan is a majestic Toggenburg goat with a striking dark chocolate brown coat. He was born in the spring of 2019. Towering over his new friends at Goat Haven, Duncan is likely the largest goat we’ve ever had the privilege to care for. Despite his size, he is a gentle giant with a calm demeanour that brings peace to those around him.
Duncan’s journey to Goat Haven hasn’t been an easy one. Discarded early on because he was male, Duncan has now passed through two sanctuaries before finding his way to us. Our goal is for Goat Haven to be Duncan’s forever home, where he can live out his days surrounded by compassion and the care he deserves. We’re honoured to provide a place where this gentle giant can finally feel he belongs.

Levi, Lyndsay’s son, stands out with his curious nature and playful spirit. Always exploring, he’s often the first to venture out but never strays too far from his mother’s watchful eye. Levi brings joy and energy to Goat Haven with his brown and white coat, where he continues to thrive under his mother’s loving care. Levi was born in the spring of 2020
